Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can request a refund for a UXFix subscription and how we handle your request.

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Who processes your purchase

UXFix subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, billing-related customer service, and refunds on our behalf.

2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of a UXFix subscription charge. This guarantee applies to your initial subscription payment and renewal payments. You do not need to provide a reason, although your feedback may help us improve UXFix.

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. This does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@uxfix.io from the address associated with your UXFix purchase. Please include your Paddle transaction ID or receipt number, if available, so we can locate the payment.

You can also request a refund through the receipt or subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, or through Paddle Buyer Support.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. We aim to review requests promptly. After approval, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Access associated with a fully refunded subscription may end when the refund is processed.

5. Technical problems

If a persistent technical issue prevents you from accessing or using UXFix as described, contact us at info@uxfix.io. We will try to resolve the issue. If we cannot do so, you may request a refund, and we will review it in line with this policy and applicable consumer law.

6. Cancellation and future charges

A refund request does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals. You can cancel your subscription through UXFix account settings or the subscription-management link in your Paddle email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that date.

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged when the trial ends. Canceling after a payment does not automatically refund that payment; submit a separate refund request within the period described above.

7. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If local law gives you a longer period or additional rights to withdraw from a purchase, receive a refund, or obtain a remedy for a service that is faulty or not as described, those rights continue to apply.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you made your purchase will apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. For questions about refunds or billing, email info@uxfix.io.
