Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of UXFix.
Last updated: July 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using UXFix, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use UXFix for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
UXFix helps teams collect, review, and manage bug reports, including session replay, technical evidence, AI-assisted summaries, and optional third-party integrations. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, use UXFix only for lawful purposes, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized account use.
If you install the reporting widget on a website, you are responsible for configuring it appropriately, ensuring that you have the right to collect the data submitted through it, and giving your website visitors any required notices or choices.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use UXFix to violate the law or another person’s rights, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits or security measures, introduce malicious code, or collect sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
5. Fees, trials, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle under the price and billing terms presented at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Starter and Standard plans include a 14-day free trial when offered at checkout; after the trial, the selected subscription begins unless canceled before the trial ends. You can change or cancel your plan through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during a trial, you will not be charged after the trial ends.
Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
6. Your content and data
You retain your rights in the content and data you submit to UXFix. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and improve the service, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
7. Third-party services
UXFix may work with third-party services, including Paddle and integrations you choose to connect. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
UXFix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every issue will be detected or resolved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UXFix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created a security risk, or used UXFix in a way that could harm the service or others. You may stop using UXFix at any time and delete your account through account settings.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of UXFix after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@uxfix.io.
