How it works

From report to tracked item in four steps

Setup takes a couple of minutes and is done once per workspace by the workspace owner.

  1. 01

    Connect your tracker

Open Settings → Integrations in UXFix and sign in to your tracker. UXFix uses the provider’s own OAuth approval, so you never paste API keys.

  2. 02

    Choose where bugs go

Pick the default destination and item type once. Every item created from UXFix uses these defaults until you change them.

  3. 03

    Review the report

Watch the replay, check console errors and failed requests, and generate a bug summary from the captured evidence.

  4. 04

    Create the item

Send the report in one click. The new item links back to the report, and the report links to the item, so neither side loses context.

What gets sent

A ticket developers can act on

UXFix writes the item from the evidence it captured, so nobody retypes what the user saw or digs through logs to describe it. The description is formatted for each tracker, whether that is Jira’s rich text, Markdown for Linear and ClickUp, or HTML for Azure DevOps.

Raw replay recordings stay in UXFix.

Reports and items link to each other.

Every created item includes

  • A clear title and summary of the problem
  • Observed and expected behavior
  • Reproduction steps from the session replay
  • Technical evidence, environment, and open questions
  • A link back to the full UXFix report and replay

Common questions

Integrations FAQ

Which plans include integrations?

Both Starter and Standard include every integration listed on this page at no extra cost.

Can I connect more than one tracker?

Each UXFix workspace has one active tracker at a time. If your teams use different tools, create a workspace per team and connect each to its own tracker. Switching trackers keeps the links to items you already created.

Do you support self-hosted Jira or Azure DevOps Server?

Not yet. UXFix connects to Jira Cloud and Azure DevOps Services. Get in touch if you need a self-hosted edition.

What data is sent to my tracker?

Only the bug summary you review in UXFix and a link to the report. Raw replay recordings stay in UXFix, and teammates open them through the report link.

Can I create the same report twice by mistake?

No. Each report creates at most one item per tracker. Once it exists, UXFix shows a link to it instead of creating another.
